Biography:
Beth Stokes has been teaching in Cheatham County for six years. Her first three years I taught at Cheatham County Central High, then she took eight years off to have three children. In 2004, she returned to teach at Sycamore High School. Mrs. Stokes is originally from Chattanooga, TN, where she attended Boyd Buchanan High School. She was a competitive swimmer and diver in high school and student body president. She graduated Salutatorian and went on to Lipscomb University in Nashville, TN, where she received a B.A. in English Education. After working for a year at Baylor School in Chattanooga, she married her husband of fifteen years, Kevin, and worked for one year at Lipscomb University. Then she moved to Cheatham County and have been here for twelve years.
